The day we had our son circumcised was not a fun day. I was so nervous, I didn’t want to go thru with it, I felt so bad for him.. but I kept telling myself that he won’t remember this tramatic experience…… only we will!! My advice to you is this; if you’re gonna do this procedure.. DO NOT WATCH! I didn’t watch myself but my boyfriend did and let me just say, when the nurse came in she wasn’t concerned with my son who just had half his penis cut off but with my boyfriend who lost all the color in his face… needless to say he had to sit down and put his head between his knees!!!!!
OUCH.. cracked and bleeding, thats what happened to my nipples! When my son was 5 days old he thru-up all the breastmilk I had just fed him and there was blood in it, so of course we freaked and rushed to the emergency. They told us the blood had come from me… WHAAT?! It was so painful in the beginning I wanted to give up and just feed him formula but I just pushed thru the pain unti about 6-8 weeks when it stopped hurting. I want to stop breastfeeding now that he’s almost 8 months.. I think this is a good time to stop since all the books and doctors say you should breastfeed till a least 6 months, so we’re well past that.. but the other day I read that you can continue breastfeeding to 24 months or longer…. these people are outta their minds!!!!!
If you live in a small house as I do and you have very limited space.. the space saver high chair is PERFECT!! My friends bought my little guy one and we love it. All you have to do is strap it to any kitchen table chair.. its just as good or better than the big, bulky high chairs that take up so much valuable space!!
